Refund policy


At Case Variety, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is defective or different from the product you ordered, we’re here to help.

🔄 When Can You Request a Return or Refund?

A return or refund will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

  • The product received is different/mismatched from the product ordered.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, wrong product selection, colour preference, or any other reason not mentioned above.

🎥 Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

To register a return or refund claim, you must record a continuous unboxing video while opening your package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The package before opening.

  • The shipping label/order details.

  • The complete opening of the package.

  • The product received and its condition.

Without a valid unboxing video, the return or refund claim will not be registered or accepted.

We strongly recommend recording the unboxing video from the beginning until the product is completely removed from the package.

⏰ Claim Period

If you receive a defective or mismatched product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  1. Order number

  2. Your name and contact number

  3. Photos/videos of the product

  4. Complete unboxing video

Our team will review the claim and, if approved, provide further instructions for the return.

💰 Refund

If your return/refund claim is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method.

⚠️ Important

Please do not send any product back without receiving confirmation from Case Variety.

Returns are subject to verification and approval. A claim does not automatically guarantee a return or refund.
