Case Variety will not be responsible for returns or refunds resulting from the customer selecting the wrong phone model.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product received is defective/damaged, or

  • The product received is different/mismatched from the product ordered.

A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for registering a return or refund claim.

Without a valid unboxing video, the claim will not be registered or accepted.

  • Shipping address

  • PIN code

  • Mobile phone model
